Ljubljana, 22 October - Delo ponders Azerbaijan's arguments against Slovenia's rival bid for a UN Security Council seat in Saturday's front-page commentary. The daily also asserts that it is "scandalous" that the UN does not have an ethic code or rules on what are tolerable ways of "vote buying".
