Court Rejects Jansa's Motion against Prosecutor, Appeal Lodged
Ljubljana, 29 October - The Ljubljana Local Court rejected a motion for prosecution of former Higher State Prosecutor Branka Zobec Hrastar that was filed by former PM Janez Jansa on grounds that she fabricated evidence against him in the Patria case. Jansa's lawyer says he has appealed against the decision.
