Amendments to Companies Act Passed in Re-vote

Ljubljana, 2 November - The National Assembly passed on Wednesday in a re-vote controversial amendments to the companies act which will prevent the shareholders, managers or supervisors of insolvent companies to incorporate new companies or act as supervisors or board members.
