Report: FM Zbogar Main Candidate for EU Ambassador to Kosovo

Ljubljana, 24 November - Public broadcaster TV Slovenija reported on Thursday that outgoing Foreign Minister Samuel Zbogar is the front-runner for the seat of the EU ambassador to Kosovo. Zbogar's potential appointment would get Slovenia its first high-raking official in the European External Action Service (EEAS).
