Mercator Urged to Reconsider Decision over Agrokor

Ljubljana, 25 November - The sellers of a majority stake in Slovenia's biggest grocer have rushed to assure the management of Mercator that the EBRD, IFC and One Equity Partners are ready to finance the takeover by Croatia's Agrokor, urging its support for the sale.
