Partial Results Confirm Win for Jankovic
Ljubljana, 4 December - The Positive Slovenia of Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic appears to be the surprise winner of Sunday's election, winning over 29.5% of the vote and 29 MPs in the 90-seat legislature, the National Electoral Commission said after 32% of the votes were counted.
