Partial Results Confirm Win for Jankovic

Ljubljana, 4 December - The Positive Slovenia of Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Jankovic is the surprise winner of Sunday's early general election, capturing 28.8% of the vote and 28 MPs in the 90-seat legislature, the National Electoral Commission said after 90% of the ballots were counted.
