SDS Rejects Jansa's Offer to Resign as Party President

Ljubljana, 6 December - Janez Jansa, the leader of the Democrats (SDS), offered his resignation to the party's executive committee, but the members did not accept it, the SDS said in a press release on Tuesday. He offered to step down a day after the election because "the result cannot be seen as a success".
