Ljubljana, 8 December - Please note that the parliamentary Foreign Policy Committee will debate today the proposed changes to the initiative on a contract establishing the permanent European Stability Mechanism (ESM) and not an initiative to change the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) as stated it the STA's report on Wednesday.
