Another EPK Official Threatens to Resign over Funding
Maribor, 14 December - After the programme director of the 2012 European Culture Capital (EPK) project, Mitja Cander, threatened he would resign if partner cities in the project fail to provide the promised funds, Oto Luthar, the chair of the council of Maribor 2012 - the institute in charge of the EPK, followed suit on Wednesday.
