Fructal's Sale to Serbian Company Nectar Completed
Laško, 16 December - The sale of a 93.7% stake in fruit drinks producer Fructal to the Serbian fruit drinks and jam producer Nectar has been completed as the buyer has paid the agreed EUR 35.3m for the transaction, brewer Pivovarna Union, which sold the stake, said in a press release on Friday.
