EPK Programme Boss Remains Optimistic Despite Difficulties

Maribor, 19 December - A month before Maribor will assume the stint as European Capital of Culture, the programme director of the project, Mitja Cander, told an interview with the STA that financial difficulties posed a major threat to the project. However, he remains confident that the programme is interesting enough and will attract people.
