Top Court Annuls Takeover Act Interpretation

Ljubljana, 19 December - The Constitutional Court has annulled the mandatory interpretation of the 2006 takeovers act which was adopted in May by parliament to shield state-owned companies from having to publish takeover bids. The court argued the interpretation in effect changed the law, which is unconstitutional.
