Ljubljana, 19 December - Slovenia's second largest mobile operator Simobil is suing telco Telekom Slovenije for EUR 286.4m over alleged dumping prices for its monthly package for those under 30, which had been introduced by Telekom's mobile arm Mobitel in November 2008.
