Pahor Vying for Parliament Speaker, Not to Run for SD Head if Appointed

Ljubljana, 20 December - The Social Democrats (SD), the third biggest party in the new National Assembly, will put forward outgoing PM Borut Pahor for parliamentary speaker. If he is appointed, Pahor will not stand for party president in the spring, interim SD deputy group leader Samo Bevk said on Tuesday.
