Appointment of Parliamentary Speaker at Stalemate

Ljubljana, 21 December - None of the two candidates for parliamentary speaker, SocDems head Borut Pahor and Positive Slovenia candidate Masa Kociper, managed to get sufficient support after two rounds of voting at the National Assembly on Wednesday. A third round of voting is expected, although the session has been adjourned until 5 PM.
