Ljubljana, 23 December - The new National Assembly will meet for its first urgent session on Friday to pass the fiscal austerity bill freezing social benefits, pensions and public sector pay at the 2010 levels in the first half of 2012 to prevent a previously agreed hike in public pay system that would otherwise take effect on 1 January.
