Culture Capital Official Resigns Over Funding Issues
Maribor, 23 December - Oto Luthar, the chair of the council of Maribor 2012 - the institute in charge of the European Culture Capital (EPK) -, resigned on Friday, citing failure of the City of Maribor to meet its obligations toward Maribor 2012 and the unwillingness of outgoing Prime Minister Borut Pahor to work on problems plaguing the project.
