Govt Regrets Family Law Referendum Decision, Church Happy

Ljubljana, 27 December - The government said on Thursday it regretted the decision of the Constitutional Court to allow a referendum on the new family law, which is being challenged by conservative pro-family groups over the right of gay couples to adopt children. The Catholic Church and referendum proponents meanwhile welcomed the decision.
