Dnevnik Critical of Referendum Decision

Ljubljana, 28 December - The daily Dnevnik is critical on Wednesday of the Constitutional Court decision allowing a referendum on family law demanded by a conservative pro-family group supported by the Catholic Church. The paper says that especially in this case, the court was expected to play the role of Constitution guardian, but the decision showed the exact opposite.
