Debate Shows Parliament Divided on Janković

Ljubljana, 11 January - The debate in parliament ahead of the vote on candidate for PM Zoran Janković confirmed a 44-44 vote stalemate and diametrically opposed views by the candidate's supporters and opponents. Notably, the two minority MPs which could help Janković secure the 46 votes needed repeated they were not ready to accept this responsibility.
