NLB Explains to State Agency Its Plans to Sell Mercator

Ljubljana, 11 January - The state-owned NLB bank has responded to the Capital Assets Management Agency (AUKN) regarding the sale of its 10.75% stake in Mercator, explaining that it had considered a number of options before determining that entering a consortium of owners who are selling the retailer to the Croatian group Agrokor is the best option.
