Ljubljana, 11 January - Political analysts Matej Makarovič and Vlado Miheljak told the STA they were not surprised by the failure of Positive Slovenia (PS) leader Zoran Janković to muster on Wednesday the 46 votes needed to be appointed prime minister-elect in the National Assembly.
