Janković Stumbles, Right-Leaning Bloc Eyes Next Round

Ljubljana, 11 January - The National Assembly rejected Zoran Janković of the left-leaning Positive Slovenia (PS), the surprise winner of the 4 December early election, as prime minister-elect in Wednesday's vote, opening the door to the right-leaning bloc to try and form a government.
