Finance Urges Transition to Majority Election System
Ljubljana, 12 January - Despite the numerous flaws of Slovenia's democracy the time might be ripe to introduce a majority election system, the business daily Finance asserts on Thursday, saying this is the only way to keep smaller parties out of parliament and make it easier to form a coalition.
