COALITION AGREEMENT: Defence Faces Spending Cuts

Ljubljana, 29 January - Defence receives only brief mention in the coalition agreement even though it accounts for a significant chunk of the budget. The defence budget looks set to be cut, but the partners plan to use internal restructuring and reduce contributions to the EU and NATO.
