Shareholders of Pivovarna Laško Oppose Capital Hike
Laško, 30 January - The shareholders of beverage company Pivovarna Laško decided on Monday to scrap two proposals for recapitalisation, including the management's proposal to raise the share capital by up to EUR 36.5m to up to EUR 73m. The shareholders however backed the plans to restructure the Pivovarna Laško group into a concern.
