Union Shareholders Endorse Incorporation into Laško

Ljubljana, 31 January - The shareholders of the Ljubljana-based brewer Pivovarna Union on Tuesday endorsed the controlling agreement closed in December between Pivovarna Laško as the controlling and Union as controlled company.
