Turk Gets Committee Nod, Stresses Links Between Science, Culture, Economy

Ljubljana, 7 February - Žiga Turk of the Democrats (SDS) was endorsed on Tuesday by the relevant parliamentary committee as the minister of education, science, culture and sport after stressing the importance of cooperation between science, culture and the economy. He argued that a lot would depend on Slovenia's ability to keep its talented young people at home.
