Ljubljana, 17 February - The controversial Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) will be debated in the National Assembly on Friday. Protests are scheduled in Ljubljana despite government indications yesterday that the agreement would be put on hold until consensus is reached.
