Proposal for Constitutional Changes Takes PS on Collision Course with Govt

Ljubljana, 22 February - The opposition Positive Slovenia (PS) put forward its proposals for changes to the Constitution on Wednesday, seeking a series of changes that mostly run contrary to the proposals already made by the coalition partners.
