Expert Says Telekom Slovenije Is Hindering Development

Ljubljana, 25 February - Chairman of the national Electronic Communications Council Dusan Caf has assessed in an interview with the STA that the Slovenian mobile communication market is well developed but that certain anomalies prevent it from developing faster.
