Slovenian MEPs Want ACTA Referred to EU Court of Justice

Ljubljana, 9 March - Slovenian MEPs Tanja Fajon, Jelko Kacin, Romana Jordan and Lojze Peterle called a joint press conference on ACTA on Friday, the latter three agreeing that the agreement should be sent to the Court of Justice of the EU. Neither revealed whether they supported the agreement or not.
