Stakeholders Disagreeing over Insolvency Act

Ljubljana, 28 March - A debate in parliament showed on Wednesday small businesses and big companies on the opposite banks over a legislative motion designed to ease the conditions for the launch of court-mandated debt restructuring at insolvent companies.
