Mercator Owners Seeking to Enhance Control

Ljubljana, 30 March - The shareholders of retailer Mercator are meeting on Friday to discuss changes to the supervisory board and potentially increase its powers, as well as decide on initiating an audit of the takeover bid for brewer Pivovarna Laško.
