Outgoing Chairman Offers Two Alternatives for Mercator

Ljubljana, 7 April - The outgoing chairman of Mercator, Žiga Debeljak, suggested two solutions for ownership of Slovenia's biggest grocer in an interview with the Saturday supplement daily Dnevnik, one of them being a fund that would be set up by the state to take over shareholdings in companies until proper strategic owners are found.
