Social Partners Divided on National Reform Programme

Ljubljana, 10 April - The Economic and Social Council, the country's main industrial relations forum, debated the national reform programme for 2012-2013 on Tuesday, failing to find common ground on the document that is to be sent to the European Commission on Friday. Unions feel the plan is only about saving and doing nothing to kick-start the economy.
