Speaker Believes MPs Vogrin and Simčič Should Have Resigned
Ljubljana, 18 April - Parliamentary Speaker Gregor Virant labelled as unacceptable the decisions of Ivan Simičič and Ivan Vogrin to become independent MPs after they were dismissed by their parties over separate scandals. Speaking to the press on Wednesday, Virant said the honourable thing would have been to resign and leave parliament.
