Constitutional Court: Five Laws in Line with Constitution
Ljubljana, 23 April - The Constitutional Court said on Monday that five laws passed by the National Assembly after it had been dissolved are not in discord with the Constitution. The National Assembly's legislative powers do not stop the moment the president dissolves it, but when the next National Assembly is constituted, the court said.
