Court Rejects Case of Dismissed RTVS Supervisors

Ljubljana, 12 September - The Administrative Court has rejected the lawsuit filed by four members of the supervisory board of public broadcaster RTV Slovenija who were dismissed by the government in late July. It argued that legal protection is not envisaged in such cases, lawyer Stojan Zdolšek told the STA on Wednesday, announcing an appeal.
