Slovenia willing to consider cutting ties with Israel, FM says

Slovenia is willing to consider the proposal by EU foreign affairs chief Josep Borrell to suspend dialogue with Israel, Foreign Minister Tanja Fajon said at a session of EU foreign ministers in Brussels on Monday. She once again called for stricter sanctions against radical Israeli settlers in the West Bank.

Mercator withdraws from purchase of Engrotuš

Mercator, a Slovenian retailer owned by Croatian group Fortenova, has withdrawn from the contract on the purchase of Engrotuš, a company which operates retail shops under the Tuš brand. The reason seems to be the competition watchdog's failure to issue a decision in a year, which marks the end of the exclusivity of the sales contract.

Olena Zelenska paying two-day visit to Slovenia
