Minister Orders Inquiry into Ties Between Receivers and Judges
Ljubljana, 17 September - Justice and Public Administration Minister Senko Pličanič announced on Monday an internal inquiry into suspect improper ties between receivers in charge of insolvency proceedings and bankruptcy judges controlling their work.
