Brussels Demands Recovery of State Injection in Elan
Brussels, 19 September - The European Commission demanded on Wednesday a withdrawal of a EUR 10m capital injection in Slovenian sports equipment producer Elan dating from 2008, as it has found it was carried out in violation of EU rules, putting the company in a favourable position compared to the competition on the EU market.
