Ljubljana, 5 October - Ivan Ribnikar, a lecturer at the Ljubljana Economics Faculty, criticised for the weekly Mladina the government's approach to banking system issues, saying that pumping money into banks without being ready to increase the state's share in them meant an "illegal handout to rich private owners".
