Speaker Says VAT Raise Not Yet Decided

Ljubljana, 15 October - National Assembly Speaker Gregor Virant said on Monday that the announced increase in VAT for a number of products and services, including printed media, was not yet a sure thing and that the Finance Ministry was looking into alternatives for increasing budget revenue and keeping budget deficit below 3% of GDP.
