State Challenging Court Ruling on Soldiers' Holiday Allowance

Ljubljana, 15 October - The state attorney's office has appealed to the ruling of the Ljubljana Labour and Social Court from earlier this month, which found that the state had violated soldiers' right to a EUR 692 holiday allowance with austerity laws.
