Sava Conglomerate Sells Rubber Maker Savatech

Kranj, 26 October - Sava, a chemicals through tourism group, has sold off its most profitable company, rubber and tyre maker Savatech to the Czech CGS group. The EUR 69.4m deal was signed after Sava's supervisory board approved the sale on Thursday in line with the company's restructuring strategy.
