Maribor/Brežice/Nova Gorica, 6 November - Slovenia's major hydroelectric power plants on the Drava, Sava and Soča rivers appear to have escaped Monday's water surge largely unaffected, though one installation on the Drava has been knocked out and minor defects are reported on two more.
