Brussels Forecasts 2.3% GDP Drop for Slovenia in 2012

Brussels, 7 November - The European Commission expects Slovenia's economy to shrink by 2.3% this year and by another 1.6% in 2013 before growing again by 0.9% in 2014, shows the Commission's latest forecast published on Wednesday. The Commission expects a 3.9% budget deficit in 2013, although Slovenia should bring it below 3% of GDP.
