President-Sponsored Meeting Agrees Talks to Continue to Avert Referenda

Ljubljana, 8 November - President Danilo Türk, Prime Minister Janez Janša, referendum initiators and Türk's fellow contenders for the presidential office agreed on Thursday to do everything in their power to avert referenda on the laws setting up a bad bank and a sovereign holding. The next round of talks will be held on Monday.
